Congratulations on your decision to select Remodel USA Inc. to beautify your home with our exclusive line of Custom Products. Over time homeowners such as yourself have made us the “Company of Choice” on the East Cost. We would like to take a moment to explain what to expect next.
As you are aware the order for your project was placed immediately. We do not stock any materials in our warehouse. All of our products are custom made to tailor fit your home. Our goal is to expedite your order so you can start enjoying the new products as soon as possible. Tomorrow as we process your order you will receive a call from the Vice President’s office. They will be able to answer any questions that you may come up with, and will always be available to assist you whenever you need anything. In addition you will receive a call from our field inspector in our “EED” department (“EED” stands for “Excellence Every Day” which means a commitment to quality, service and attention to every detail every day). He will be setting a time to visit your home to do a Pre-Installation Inspection to ensure the project goes smoothly and answer any further questions you may have.
When the materials for your project arrive we inspect them and then give you a call to schedule a convenient appointment time to start the project. Our quality craftsmen will spend some time with you reviewing your project before they start the installation. Most projects are completed within a couple of days. At the end of the project the foreman on the job will walk through the entire project and show you how to operate/maintain the products.
We know you will be delighted with the outcome of the project. “EED” department has played a major role in Remodel USA becoming the “Company of Choice” in your area. Upon completion of the project all payment balances will be due and can be paid to the foreman on the job. Shortly after you will receive your warranty forms in the mail.
